Yes, Essential Cleaning Co. is fully licensed and insured to protect our clients and staff. All of our cleaners are also properly insured and rigorously trained to clean to satisfaction.

Our services are available year-round, but we do not operate on major holidays. Please contact us for holiday scheduling inquiries.

If you are a new client, we recommend that you start with our Essential Deep Clean. This will give your whole property or space a fantastic clean and will get you caught up on your housekeeping. Then schedule our Essential Maintenance Cleanings and we will arrange regular cleanings on the frequency that you choose: every week, every two weeks, or every four weeks. 

We offer an array of Add-On services, which can be booked along with your main cleaning service. If you are looking for a specific cleaning service that is not listed, please call or email our office to ask about special request availability and pricing.
 
Please note that we do not offer laundry services, shopping or organizational services, or any services that violate our Policies.

Absolutely. We use a secure key management system:

  • Keys are coded and stored in a locked system
  • Only authorized personnel have access

Essential Curbside

Essential Curbside is a subscription-based service that moves trash and recycling cans to and from the curb on designated trash days. We do not provide valet trash service or handle bagged trash separately, except when trash or recycling bins are full.

This service is ideal for busy families, seniors, property managers, and HOAs looking for hassle-free waste management.

Yes, we provide curbside services for residential and commercial properties, including vacation rentals and HOAs.

Yes, if your trash or recycling bins are full, we will move bagged trash to the curb. However, we do not handle loose waste, hazardous materials, or bulk item removal unless pre-approved.

If your cans are not out when we arrive, you can request a return visit for an additional fee, subject to availability.

Our service operates on a monthly subscription model with three options:

  • Weekly Service – Every trash day.
  • Bi-Weekly Service – Every other trash day.
  • Monthly Service – Once per month.

Subscriptions auto-renew each month, and payments are charged in advance on the same billing date.

Yes! First-time customers can get their first Essential Curbside move on us. Try it out and see the difference.

If we arrive and your cans are inaccessible (e.g., behind a locked gate or blocked by vehicles), we will attempt to contact you.

  • If no response within 15 minutes, service will be marked as a no-show.
  • No refunds are issued for no-shows, but you can reschedule for a $5 fee.

Yes, you can cancel anytime, but cancellations must be made at least 5 days before your next billing date to avoid being charged for the next month. No refunds are issued for mid-cycle cancellations, but remaining service can be transferred to a new address.

Yes! You can pause your subscription for up to 4 weeks per year. Requests must be submitted at least 7 days in advance.

If payment fails, we will attempt to charge your card three times over seven days. After that:

  • A 3-day grace period applies before service is suspended.
  • A $10 reactivation fee applies if service is reinstated within 30 days.
  • If your account is past due over 30 days, you must re-enroll as a new customer.
  • One-time fee waiver is available for first-time failed payments.
